The Stage is Set

This week we're continuing Matthew 26. We're picking up right where we left off last week by following the moments right after the Passover meal as Jesus and a few disciples go to the garden of Gethsemane to pray.

We cover the humanity of the Son of Man on full display, the importance of what He prays and his dedication to the Father's will above his own and the significance of how He responses to this disciples sleeping.

We then move towards the climax of this section of scripture by puling in details from other gospel accounts to paint the full picture of what's happening and dig into the moments that set the stage for what happens next and why it's a mistake to read Judas as the villain of this story.
